  4. As a employer, you have the responsibility to ensure that she has adequate food (at least 3 meals) and rest (at least 8hrs). However, you may like to highlight on certain food & beverages that's exclusive to your family only. If you like to pay for her toiletries, you may highlight that you will decide and choose the products.

  5. By law, it is compulsory to give at least one off day per month although some maids voluntarily with no off day. Normally, maid require for off day so that there is a channel to outlet their sense of belonging, stress, frustrations or problems and return work emotionally balanced.   6. We take pride in our recruitment and training process. Job Matching Interview Our Recruitment Officer will interview and shortlist in training centre then Sales Person will interview prior to employer interview ensure the right match. She will personal interview and assess the potential maid and made recommendation Hence, we believe in personalized service-The same sales person that employer liaise. We will match the maid’s competency to the best of interest of our employer. Training We provide at least 72 hours of intensive training in Singapore . We also custom to the employer’s requirement for nominal charges. Quality of Maid We orientate the employer’s expectations, give Orientation of Do’s & Don’t’s and Singapore Laws and Maid Duly Oath (e.g. no usage of phone without the employer’s permission) to ensure the quality. Value Added Service Hotline is given to convenient Employer that may call us for any assistance. We provide Home Service for the convenience of Employer.
